Please be advised that your Form 1095-C will not be mailed to you in 2025.  Any full-time employee of the Pipe Fitters’ Training Fund, Local 597 (“Training Fund”) may receive a copy of his or her Form 1095-C upon request by contacting the Training Fund.  You can request a copy of your Form 1095-C by any of the following methods:
